- After having incredible birth experiences of my own where I felt supported and empowered by the women around me, I started changing the birth narrative for women in my life. The people & stories we surround ourselves with are powerful. Having the right support can lift a woman up & help her find her power. After supporting several friends and family members in having beautiful births, I decided to pursue training and become a DONA certified doula. I am passionate about empowering, uplifting, and supporting women to write their own stories. I serve birthing families in the Greater Denver area in hospital, birth center, and homebirth settings.
