Mindfulness and Hypnobirthing Inspired Doula

I am a birth and postpartum doula in training! I believe that pregnancy and birth are empowering events in a woman’s life! Through practicing a mindful and trustful approach to birthing, mothers can connect their inner strengths and achieve a positive experience! As part of completing my requirements, I am looking for three families who would be interested in my support as a doula (free of charge).
During this tough time, my support will be over the phone or video. I can help with birth preparation including different prenatal exercises for labor and relaxation methods.
