Sublime Motherhood – Delighting Growing Families Since 2015

Hello, my name is Lyndsay, and I’m the Owner, Doula, Herbalist, Yoga Teacher, and Placenta Encapsulation Specialist of Sublime Motherhood. I didn’t always think motherhood was sublime! I personally had a difficult experience, and became intensely afraid after giving birth to my daughter. I knew I wanted to do things differently the next time. While nervous and pregnant with my son I discovered Doulas, took a training, and fell in love with the work. My birth philosophy is your birth philosophy! I am truly dedicated and passionate about each and every client’s birth experience. My goals as a professional are to support, honor, educate, and help you navigate the waters of new parenthood in whatever way best fits your family. When I’m not at a birth, you can find me on the beach, practicing yoga, tending to my garden, or spending time with my two kids at home.
