Passion filled  Massage Therapist, Doula, Placenta Encapsulator, Wife and Mother.

I was supporting family and friends in the capacity of Doula before I knew that there was such a thing as a doula. After observing and witnessing my Mother labor with my siblings, my Sister and Twin brother’s labor at home and deliver without epidural. I have to say I love the entire birthing experience.

My goal is to Educate, Encourage, support and serve women and families during pregnancy, birth and postpartum recovery. Whether your a first time Mom, repeat mom or a Mom planning a VBAC you have found the Doula for you.
