My journey as a doula began in 2010 through DONA, INT. It has been a joy to serve many families in MS, AL, and Middle TN/Nashville area as their birth doula, postpartum doula, and childbirth educator. Some additional trainings have included midwifery workshops, Spinning Babies, Gentle Birth/ Water Birth, and Hug Your Baby. Having practiced since 2010, I realize the importance of holistic care for our expectant and new mothers and their families. Through ongoing continuing education, providing evidence based practices, and an empathetic heart, my desire is to support physically, emotionally, and spiritually as my clients wish and need. My hope is to empower clients toward their healthiest pregnancy and postpartum experience possible.
