I am a childbirth educator, lactation educator-counselor and postpartum doula. Since 2013, I have educated over 30,000 families about birth, babies and breastfeeding in San Diego. As a postpartum doula, I aim to empower, educate, and encourage families as they welcome baby home. It is a priority to help you get the rest you need to feel confident in this new role.
