Virtual Postpartum Doula Services
Mama I am here to make sure you feel supported and confident during the postpartum period. I offer virtual postpartum doula services, which means I am available via text or voice note every day we are working together and will also touch base on video chat to answer any questions more indepthly. My packages range from the 1st Week to the 1st Month to the Fourth Trimester. Each package is personalized to you and your family. I will ask questions to get more insight in your postpartum experience and provide insights and education depending on the support you require.
I've also created the Flourishing Postpartum Plan which is a postpartum planning workbook new mamas can complete before the baby arrives. Ensuring mama is supported, partners know their roles, family can be of assistance and what to expect during the newborn days and healing postpartum.
